Job Description

Installing bottelpack® machines at customer site
Performing initial commissioning, commissioning and SAT with our German and Swiss companies
Carrying out servicing on bottelpack® machines like inspection, maintenance, repair or modification work
Documentation of the work done
Supporting customers in technical issues at site or on phone
Troubleshooting at customer site
Briefing customers how to work with bottelpack® machinery

Qualifications

Bachelor or technical degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
At least one year of related mechanical and/or electrotechnical experience
Work experience including knowledge in the fields of pneumatic, hydraulic, control and electrical systems, troubleshooting, PLC, motion control and regulation technology
Good oral and written communication skills in French and English
Competencies in the areas of customer service, organisation as well as interpersonal and communication skills are desired
